Sizes available from 3,500 sq ft The K2 building now offers more flexible unit sizes. The ground floor is to be divided into three individual units, giving potential new occupiers the choice between approximately 3,500, 5,500 and 10,500 sq ft. and making this unique working environment more accessible than ever. K2 building now available - watch the video The completion of the K2 building represents the second and final phase in the development of Kents Hill Business Park. K2 provides approx. 42,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on two large floor-plates, with a landscaped internal courtyard. It's ideally suited to single occupation as a headquarters building, although consideration will be given to divisions from 7,500 sq ft.
