K3 building announced for late 2019 Following on from the success of the K1 and K2 buildings, Circle Property plc is pleased to announce the release of a third building. K3 is a detached building at Kents Hill Business Park that will be completely refurbished to the same high standards as its K1 and K2 siblings, providing a further 15,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation on ground and first floors.

Full occupation of K1 & K2 The K1 and K2 buildings that make up Kents Hill Business Park have now been fully let. The Parks owner, Circle Property plc, has agreed a 10 year Lease with Grand Union Housing, who is to take the entire first floor of the K2 building from Spring 2019. The Leading UK housing association will occupy the remaining 21,150 sq ft of vacant space, completing a series of successful lets by local agent Louch Shacklock & Partners.

K2 Building - watch the video Completion of the K2 building signalled the final phase in the development of Kents Hill Business Park. K2 consists of approx. 42,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over two floors, with a landscaped internal courtyard. On the lower floor, three units between 3,500 and 10,000 sq ft (all now LET) with the upper floor offering a single, self-contained floor space of 20,000 sq ft.
